Recap: Tracy Chamber Mixer 5/28/2009

May 28, 2009

This evening I made it out to the Tracy Chamber Mixer hosted by the Tracy Entrepreneurs Group at the Community Center in downtown Tracy. When I arrived I took some time to catch up with some familiar faces then it was off to meet new people.

allan and thereseFirst I ran into Therese and Alan Kallerman of Pacific Pool and Spa. They own and operate a pool and spa design and construction company located in Tracy. They have beautiful portfolio of work full of resort like projects that would make anyone believe they were looking at pictures of a 5 star hotel. They are  family owned and operated (how I like it) and in general,  very nice and down to earth people. With the summer being as hot as it is out here, it’s good to know we have a great pool company right here in town.

Patricia and jackie

Next I ran into Patrica J Munson and Jaclyn Zoccoli. Patrica runs the Platinum Business Conference Center & Executive Suites in downtown Tracy. She has a great facility in a prime location that can be rented for both conferences and Private office use. She also runs Clothes 2 Work, A non profit that outfits women in need with work attire. Jaclyn is an experienced business and networking coach who runs a company called Success Connection, A business introduction service. She basically takes all the hard work out of finding new clients by matching you up with businesses who are already interested in your products or services. All that’s left for you to do is close the sale.

Accent carpets carpet one Of course it’s raffle time and guess who wins again???  That’s right me (2 for 2 at these events =p). This time the prize was a beautiful rug courtesy of the great people over at Accent Carpet One here in Tracy. Accent Carpet One has been serving the Tracy Area since 1974 and has a long history of happy customers. So if you are looking for carpet or any other type of flooring, be sure to include Accent Carpet One in your search. With over 30 years of experience in the business you can trust that they know what they are doing.

Overall I have to say that I had a wonderful time. I caught up with some people, made some new friends, and won a rug…. How much better can it get?
